Crime graphs like murders, dacoities, robberies and kidnappings are on the rise in cities like Tijuana (Mexico), Acapulco (Mexico), Caracas (Venezuela), Fortaleza (Brazil), Baltimore (Maryland, USA), etc. It is not wise to display one’s wealth, jewellery or rich clothes. One must be very careful when going to the bank or for financial affairs and not carry much cash or other expensive items like a gold watch, a diamond ring, etc.
