Paid Leave is an employee leave policy offered by most organizations/companies which allows employees to take off from work for a specific number of days and employees still receive regular wages during their absence from work.

What is PTO Leave?

PTO Leave is a formal leave for your absence from your office due to different reasons such as sickness, marriage, vacation, or personal time and employees still receive regular wages during their absence from work.

  • Write the heading properly.
  • Begin with the very formal Sir/Madam. If the writer and the recipient are of the same rank, use Dear Sir/Dear Madam. Never use My Dear Sir/My Dear Madam.
  • Mention the subject in brief.
  • The body of the email should be concise and to the point.
